Users have right to return a product during the 7 day period after receiving it.
In the event that product return is due to a mistake or client’s disconformity, product must be intact and properly sealed and packed. In that case it is the client’s duty to fulfil all delivery and bank costs derived from the return.
If any of our products is in bad conditions, MotoBoar will change it for a proper one, or return the exact full amount according to client’s preference. MotoBoar will also comply payment of all the expenses derived from delivery as well as bank fees.
